Pastoral

Led by Mr Richard Maher, Head of Sixth Form, our pastoral programme ensures that every student is supported throughout their two-year journey. Each student is paired with an experienced tutor who provides consistent guidance — helping them navigate the transition from Year 11 to life as a prospective undergraduate. Tutors play a key role in fostering both academic progress and personal development.

Thanks to the close-knit nature of our Sixth Form, students benefit from strong, supportive relationships with their tutors. Pastoral care is further strengthened by Mr Frank Priest, Assistant Head of Sixth Form (Pastoral), who oversees student wellbeing, and Mrs Gemma Grover, Assistant Head of Sixth Form (Academic), who ensures that learning and progression are closely monitored.
