Junior District Cross-Country Championships

On Wednesday 8 February, boys from Year 7 and 8 boys represented the College in the Junior District Cross-Country Championships at Aldershot Park. The Year 7 race was very competitive with Matthew Daniels (7) and Adam Bonnett (8) putting together the best performances. An inspired run from Thomas Barnett (10) together with debut performances from Joseph Clark (17), Nicholas Cooper (21), Peter Fleming (23), Joseph Annette (25) and Connor Curtis (33) meant that the team finished with 91 points in an impressive 2^nd place.

In the Year 8 race, Ryan Blake (7) and Jacob Daniels (9) produced an excellent display. Daniel Edgar (13), Samuel Henneberg (14), Rory McMichael (15) did particularly well. Adam Morgan (24), Joseph Torjussen (27), Conor Fitzmaurice (30) worked very hard in a tough race. The team finished with 82 points in 2^nd place.  Click here to view photos.
