Summer Garden Fete a wonderful event
On Saturday 25 June, the Salesian College PTA held a memorable Summer Garden Fete with many stalls and activities. It was lovely to see so many students, staff, parents and friends of the College supporting this annual event. Along with the traditional House Tug of War competition, a highlight of the event had to be the releasing of almost 200 balloons. Thank you to Mrs Pamela Byrne and Mrs Carmel Murphy for all their hard work in organising the balloon release which raised money for the Share the Light charity. Congratulations to the PTA on this successful event and thank you to Mrs Welch, Chair of the PTA, Mr Bainbridge and all the PTA for their hard work and commitment.
