Public Speaking makes Salesian College History
Thomas Cornford (3H), Joseph Wheatley (3A), Jordan Maxwell (3H) and Robbie Smith (3H) have made Salesian College history by winning the Regional Final of the Rotary Youth Speaks Competition on Saturday 13 March. Jordan Maxwell stepped in at the last minute to replace Robbie who was ill, and he won Best Vote of Thanks in the competition. Thomas Cornford won Best Chairman. This is the fourth competition the team has won and they now go on to compete in the National Final on Saturday 8 May in Stratford upon Avon.
