Salesian College Lake District Trip 2010

This year’s Lake District trip was a great success despite the mixed weather. The boys all had a fantastic time taking part in all the activities which included: abseiling, rock climbing, gorge scrambling, raft building, kayaking, orienteering, dragon boating and climbing Cat Bells. We had numerous comments from members of the public commending our boys on their excellent behaviour.

It was very hard to pick out particular boys to receive the prizes this year as they were all excellent. The worthy winners were:

accompany the boys, Mr Wilson, Mrs Wilson, Mr Reeve, Mr Yates, Mrs Reeve, Mrs

Tonks, Mr Moore, Mr Bunyan, Miss Enright, Mr White, Mr Melvin, Mr Garner, Mrs

Desmidt, Mr Price and Mr Butler.
