10 Salesian ISA Champions

Salesian College had 10 champions at the regional ISA Athletics Event at Thames Valley Athletics Centre on Friday 11 June. A team of 26 performed very well against much competition.

The Champions were as follows:-

Sam Peddie (U13 Hurdles)

Henry Robinson (U13 1500m)

Harry Newton (U13 Long Jump)

Joshua Tetlow (U13 Shot)

Jack Bull (U15 400m)

Toby Starling (U15 800m)

Richard Allen (U15, 1500m)

Sam Jefferies (U15, Discus)

Harry Barnett (U17 Hurdles)

Jordan Foley (U17 Triple Jump)

On Saturday 12 June Harvey Dixon continued his awesome track dominance racing to victory in the U17 1500m at the County Athletics Championships in a comfortable 4.02. Toby Starling was U15 800m champion in 2.07.05, a fantastic effort. Furthermore Jack Bull was narrowly pipped in his quest to become U15 400m Champion losing on the dip to the line.

Continuing on in the evening Harvey Dixon went onto run in another 1500m winning an U23 race in the BMC Nike Grand Prix in Watford, with a time of 3.51, a personal best and a quite magnificent effort!
