Sports Day Success

On 30 June, Salesian College held its inter-house sports day. Well done to all the boys who took part in the various events on what was a very hot day. Congratulations to the following winners:

Old Boys Cup - Henry Robinson (D), Beaumont Cup - Christopher Bates (B), Redman Trophy - Jack Bull (D), Wrangham Trophy - Toby Starling, Brook Trophy - Robert Hislop (H), Senior Trophy - Michael Silvester (B), Old Boys Cup - Michael Silvester (B).

The interhouse results were:

Year 7 - St. Dunstan's and St. Hugh's (joint winners), St Bede's, St Aidan's

Year 8 - St Aidan's, St Bede's, St Hugh's, St Dunstan's

Year 9 - St Aidan's, St Dunstan's, St Hugh's, St Bede's

Year 10 - St Aidan's, St Bede's, St Dunstan's, St Hugh's

Seniors - St Aidan's, St Dunstan's, St Hugh's, St Bede's

Overall Sports Day Winners for the Lester Shield were St Aidan's. (Result: St Aidan's, St Dunstan's, St Bede's St Hugh's)
