Salesian College - projects and facilities

Over a relatively short period of time, Salesian College has engaged in a number of ambitious build projects. These projects have been diverse and wide-ranging, with each one having a positive effect on the College environment - improving the facilites available to students and staff alike.
The projects have included:
Extension of the Sean Devereux Sixth Form Centre to accommodate co-educational facilities
New Art, Psychology and PE classrooms, with locker space
Landscaping of the Site
Efficient Gas Heating System
New Media Studies Suite
RE1 and Modular Exam Base
Replacement of Panelling and Windows of Laboratories and Drama Studio
Storage Facilities in the Hall
Re-laying of Gymnasium Floor
Lift Access to Foley Building
Re-fitted ICT Labs
Renovation of Coach House/Store
New Photocopying Suite
New Fume Cupboards (Science Labs).
We are proud of the continued investment in the College, enabling us to provide a high quality site and environment conducive to teaching and learning which is rightly held in high regard (please see our ISI Report 2008).
